This first section is just quick links…if it has to do with your personal safety AND if it is a trusted source…I’m including it as something for you to utilize as well.

Green Roads – Green Roads is a CBD company that I saw a news story on a few years ago. After lots of research on the backstory behind its founder, Laura Fuentes. They use an accredited independent lab to conduct full-panel tests on every batch of product. Over 50 products…from Gummies to Oils, Topicals and Capsules, to award-winning products that will help you sleep soundly, relax more and stress less! Free shipping on orders over $59. Having said that, my library is kind of extensive…over 400 books, so this is a work in progress. If you have a question about a book, by all means, take a look at the titles on all four sections of the shelves right here (Section 1, Section 2, Section 3, Section 4) and just make an email inquiry. Self Defense And Combatives Omnibus

The Principles of Unarmed Combat by Mark Jacobs – A really good friend recommended this title to me in 2023 and I wish I had made the investment when it first came out. It is NOT on Amazon anymore so you have to do a hard search for it. If you are lucky enough to find it, you’ll pay a bit more than the original price but it is WELL worth it. This is NOT an instructional with tons of pictures. If you have a strong foundation and basic understanding of the arts and combatives, this is your deep dive!

Black Belt Magazine – The website includes not just a magazine subscription, but books, and videos as well. Don’t laugh. There have been contributors to the magazine over the years from not just traditional martial arts, but law enforcement, and additional high level trainers.
