Since I am a little under the weather today, as I have been for the past couple of days, I'm turning to old articles that I've written in the past to review just how relevant they may still be. P.S. Yes, I still did my workout this morning despite not feeling at my 100%. Do you think the bad guy would say, "Oh, you're not feeling well? That's okay then, I won't attack you today...hope you feel better soon!"
